PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-Orders allow you to purchase items that are not currently in stock, with payment made in full for delivery at a later date. Only items labeled as "preorder" are eligible for this option, not all sold-out items.

 

Pre-Order Policy Terms:

  • Shipping Timeline:Pre-order items will ship approximately 6-8 weeks from the order date, unless otherwise stated. Expedited shipping or early delivery is not available.

  • Updates:Shipment dates may change. We will notify you of any updates via the email on file. To ensure you receive updates, please email us at houseofsavelle@gmail.com 

  • Order Management:Orders containing pre-order items cannot be canceled, modified, or adjusted. If you decide to include in-stock items with your pre-order, all items will be held until the pre-order item is ready to ship.

  • Shipping Fees:Shipping fees cannot be waived, combined, or adjusted after the purchase has been completed.

  • Payment:Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Your item(s) will ship once available, according to the communicated timeline.
